Fantastic puzzle and play set

This is a very well made and well thought out toy! The pieces are very solid, each is labeled with the name only on one side so you know which way is 'up' when assembling the puzzle (and they're in alphabetical order!). The pieces fit well with enough space around them so that it's not a tight squeeze, and little fingers can (generally) get them in and out. Our 2-year old needs a little help but is thoroughly enjoying the set. It has already spawned a lot of creative play. I love that one side of the tray has a pretend stove where the food can be 'cooked', and the other a pretend table where it can be served. Brilliant idea. And the included utensils (fork and spatula) work well for those aspects of play. I also like that the pieces can stand on their sides (for example, the milk or juice cartons can stand upright). I would love an addition or expansion with a spoon, knife, napkin, salt and pepper shakers, etc., though I understand they wouldn't fit in the puzzle itself. Overall A+ purchase! Sturdy, beautiful, seems like it will last and can be handed down.
