Use Piggy Paint's Shine Topcoat (revolutionary water-based formula) for scratch resistance and glossy finish.  Adds Shine and works perfect to seal our nail art designs! 

FOR BEST WEAR: Apply thin coat of Basecoat & air dry. Apply 2-3 thin coats of polish.  Top with Shine Topcoat for super shiny finish (& added scratch resistance)!

SHINE TOPCOAT INGREDIENTS:  Aqua, acrylates copolymer, texanol, polyethlyene, neem oil.
