This fun and easy snack is perfect for Valentine’s Day - add some avocado and cheese to add protein and healthy fats!

Ingredients:
❤️ 3 strawberries
❤️ Handful of raspberries
❤️ 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
❤️ 1/4 cup watermelon
❤️ 1/2 avocado
❤️ 1/4 cucumber
❤️ 2 slices of cheese
Instructions:
1. Slice the strawberries lengthways into 3 slices and using a mini heart cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes.
2. Slice the cucumber and using a mini heart cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes.
3. Peel the skin off of the avocado and cut into slices, using a mini heart cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes.
4. Chop the watermelon into small cubes
5. Using a mini heart cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes from the cheese slices.
6. Assemble the fruit and veggies into a bowl for an instant fun and easy snack!
7. Freeze any leftovers from the cut outs for smoothies.
