- 1/2 cup small diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup small diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup diced sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, thinly diced
- 1/2 cup spinach, finely diced
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
How to Make Kid-Friendly Pasta Salad
- Cook the pasta according to its package’s instructions or your liking.
