These delicious bite-sized kebabs are so quick and easy to prep and perfect as a snack, with salad, in a pita or with some crunchy homemade fries! The yogurt dip is so flavorful and perfect for dipping the kebabs in.

Kebab Ingredients:
🥙 18oz/ 500g minced chicken
🥙 1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
🥙 1/2 red bell pepper, roughly chopped
🥙 2 tsp smoked paprika
🥙 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
🥙 1 tsp onion powder
🥙 1 tsp sumac
🥙 2 tsp minced garlic
🥙 1/2 tsp black pepper
🥙 Salt to taste
Yogurt Dip Ingredients:
🥣 1 cup Greek yogurt
🥣 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
🥣 1 tbsp chopped dill
🥣 1 tbsp olive oil
🥣 1/2 lemon, squeezed
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 360˚F/180˚C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Add the chopped onion, red bell pepper, smoked paprika, chopped cilantro, onion powder, sumac, minced garlic, black pepper and salt (if using) to a food processor and blitz until smooth.

Add this mixture to the minced chicken and stir to combine.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into kebabs.

Place onto a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, turning once, halfway.

While the kebabs are cooking, combine the yogurt dip ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth and creamy.

Serve the dip with the kebabs. Enjoy!
